Give
Your Child (Back) the Universe With ...
Mom and Dad, Can I Have the Keys to the Universe?
Children
are born into a world of limitless opportunity. But as they grow, environmental
influences chip away at their options with words like can't, impossible,
dreamer, unrealistic. Peers and circumstances heap on additional
limitations through attacks on their character, their looks, their intelligence,
their social status, their gender, their race.
By the
time a child reaches pre-adolescence, he or she no longer views the
world as limitless. In fact, many 11-to 16-year-olds already have a
jaded, fatalistic view of the world. They have already decided that
some dreams are simply not for them.
How can
we give them back their dreams? By giving them the Keys to the Universe.
Mom
and Dad, Can I Have the Keys to the Universe? shows parents
how to give their children back unlimited possibility by providing them
with tools that will help them rise above peer pressure, negativity,
and self-imposed limitations to see the world as it is: ripe with opportunity,
limited only by their imagination. Teach your children how to dream
big again, set goals that excite them, and take specific, continual
actions toward those goals. Create an environment of success, love,
support, inspiration and rock-solid self-esteem.
